Colorado State University Recognizes Tracy Bullington as a 2014-2015 Key Mentor

Colorado State University and the Key Communities would like to recognize Tracy Bullington as a 2014-2015 Key Mentor. Tracy was selected through a competitive application process to serve as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for a Key Seminar class during the fall and spring semesters, and provide leadership and mentorship to students academically, socially and personally. Key Mentors assist students with their transition to and through the University. The Key Mentor role is successful in increasing retention and academic performance of participants, encouraging campus and community involvement, and promoting diversity awareness. Key Mentors dedicate a full academic year spending roughly 300 hours academically and socially mentoring students, 300 hours serving as a teaching assistant within the Key Seminar, and 120 hours training and preparing for their role.
